Hannah Corbett is a 16 year old violinist from Maple, Ontario. She is the recipient of the Mercier-Hantho scholarship at the Phil and Eli Taylor Performance Academy for Young Artists at The Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto where she studies with Atis Bankas. Hannah is a six- time Gold medalist and scholarship recipient at the Kiwanis Music Festival and is the 2016 Ontario Provincial Champion in Diploma Strings. In May 2016, Hannah was the third prize winner at the 58th Kocian International Violin Competition in the Czech Republic. Hannah was a scholarship recipient at the National Arts Centre 2016 Young Artists Program in Ottawa and has performed in masterclasses for Ilya Kaler and Grigory Kalinovsky. Hannah has performed at the Music Niagara Festival, the St. Lawrence Centre for the Arts, and with the Piano Guys. Hannah is excited to perform with the Symphony on the Bay in Hamilton.
